    Is this normal?

    This IP (192.5.41.41) is from U.S. Naval Observatory!!!!

    It is if you have the Windows Time service enabled or are running another time synchronization client/server. The port/service UDP 123 (NTP) is Network Time Protocol.

    In windows I have atomatically synchronize with an Internet time server. I think that this is a reason for connection to server.
