    Unable to contact support on line. There is NOWHERE to proceed after filling in the drop down boxes. Using Opera Browser!

    Looks like something is blocking the scripting.

    Does it work using a different browser?

    Do you have Java script enabled? In my Opera, the "Continue submitting support requests" button appears below the "Specific issue" item.
