I wonder why ewido does not mention this dedicated support forum over on their support page? For sure doing so will benefit both ewido as countless users - not aware of this splendid support forum...
That's a good point Panther. I think it's generally a truism that software makers who run an unedited forum are more dedicated to customer support than those who choose to not want their products discussed... And Ewido does seem committed to customer support. To some degree, most of the software companies claim that, but few back it up.
