SUPERAntiSpyware's support is appalling!

Sent them an email 3 days ago:

Hello,

SUPERAntiSpyware doesn't detect any tracking cookies in Firefox Portable. I have set a custom scan to scan Firefox Portable's folder where the user data and cookies are contained but it doesn't find anything. Here is the custom scan with a video demonstrating this: regular scan works fine but it only detects tracking cookies from my main browser which is installed (Google Chrome)

For this I would recommend a uninstall and fresh reinstallation

Seriously? What does my registration code or reinstalling the app have anything to do with the fact that it can't detect tracking cookies from Firefox's portable folder!

Excuse me? what does reinstalling the app or my registration code have to do with this? This has always been the case not just this one time SUPERAntiSpyware simply cannot detect the tracking cookies from the Firefox Portable folder. Try installing Firefox Portable from this site>>> https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable
Mozilla Firefox, Portable (browser) | PortableApps.com

now visit a few websites to get some tracking cookies then do a custom scan of the FirefoxPortable folder and you will see what I mean

FWIW: SuperAntiSpyware was acquired by RealDefense
Don't know what it means for the software, but they're also involved with Iolo, MyCleanPC, GetMyDrivers and a few others like that.
Latest update is v10.0.1268 and it says:

Our most significant update in over FOUR YEARS!
