    Hello all,

We have just released a utility called "SUPERSampleSubmit" to make it easier for users to submit samples for review and analysis.

The link to the utility is :
    http://www.superantispyware.com/downloads/SUPERSampleSubmit.exe

Please ONLY submit files you believe are "harmful" and they will be analyzed by our labs on a priority basis.

    One suggestion
    Add "Send" button.
It starts sending them immediately

    Anyway, AWSOME.

Also, do you accept all files?
    Or only password protected etc.

We accept all files - the best is to just have them in raw form, meaning, you don't need to .zip/.rar - just drag drop the actual files, that way they are analyzed faster :)

Are there any future plans to add this to the SAS GUI?

We may provide the tool within SUPERAntiSpyware. We don't want to be flooded by "non-threats" though, and most users won't know what to submit or not - so the tool will be included, but only used when directed by a technical support person.

Thanks for the quick reply. I know I had trouble submitting a sample before using yahoo despite it being zipped and password protected so I think this is a good idea.

    One suggestion.
Maybe add email box where users can add his email.
By that, SAS Research lab will automatically send confirmation email that they got samples.
    Would be better :)

I just gave the utility a try. I sent 2 .exe's and as soon as I dragged and dropped each of them it said sent. Is it then safe to close the utility or wait a while?

I also would eventually like a send button. It might also be a good idea to have a place to attach brief comments and/or a VirusTotal or Jotti link with the samples.

Once the text goes to "sent" it has completed the send.

Once they are "sent" they are done. The comment field is a great idea!

Is there a limit to the size as I have several rar archives of samples and of different sizes.

Just tried to send the smallest at 100 meg and it seemed to be sent awfully quick?

Seems to work fine sending many queued samples on Vista but stalls on sending one sample within XP here?

Can you add box where we can paste several locations at the same time (HJT logs) to speed up process instead of browsing one at the time :)
