Can someone explain the diifferent versions flagged as current or user with number of users shown in %. on the KC -Softwares site. Where is this info coming from and how valid is it?

"user" is the version YOU are using.
"current" is what SUMo considers as the current version based on its crowd algorithm

Limited to 5.1.x but of course a good deal for SUMo users not already owner of a full lifetime licence.

Btw, if you want a discount on such licence, please come to PM

    Kyle,

Were you able to reproduce the truncation issues I mentioned with SUMO?
    Here's another.

I have "Process Lasso" version 8 installed, but Sumo (v5.1.4.354) is showing me "Update available (9.0.0.205)"
    9.0.0.205 is a beta-version :cautious:
Btw.: The option "Allow Beta versions" is unticked.

There is an option to right-click the item and 'Report Beta', but Kyle does come here so he should spot it.
SUMo is also showing me I have an outdated version of Firefox even though I have the latest stable version. It shows an update to version 52.0.0.6270 as available.

Same here. Since I did not know more about this build 6270 I did not mark it as beta (but set it to ignore for a month).

As per design since SUMo is based on crowd sharing of information. However, it should be quite stable most of the time and/or for most items. Do you have specific case of result toggling ?

    Strange.
Hours or minutes ago, someone flagged LibreOffice 5.3.1.2 as beta.
This while LibreOffice 5.3.1.2 is not beta, as today it was presented as the latest "fresh" release version of LibreOffice.
So I 'un-beta'ed LibreOffice 5.3.1.2 in the SUMo database.

    Edit:
Someone flagged LibreOffice 5.3.1.2 as beta once more.
    Well, I 'un-beta'ed it again.
Kyle, keep your super-users under control. :D

I could understand if the number of updates found increased, but sometimes when I run, it finds fewer updates then the previous time. For example, I ran it and it found 177 updates, but two days later if only found 157. Then the next day is was 170 updates which was an increase, but still less than the 177 it found a few days prior. Today, which is a few weeks later, it found 167 updates.

Kyle - I use Ketarin to download updates to certain programs, including SUMo.
When I ran it now, Emsisoft flagged kc-softwares.com as malicious.
