Does SUMo differentiate between Windows versions?
I don't think so, but I guess Kyle can provide clarity about that.

If SUMo does not differentiate between Windows versions, and you have "Allow Microsoft products" enabled in settings, SUMo will also mention Microsoft product updates that are not meant for your Windows version.
I think that is why enabling "Allow Microsoft products" in settings is not recommended.

You could choose to disable the "Allow Microsoft products" setting, or you could choose to let SUMo ignore EMET updates.

    EMET 5 is TP.
    Not considering the O.S.
    (I unchecked the beta updates)
    2 errors.

    But now it's OK.:thumb:

I'm not entirely sure what you mean.
Yes, EMET 5.0 is Technical Preview, beta.
And for EMET 5.0 TP1 Windows XP was not mentioned as supported OS. I guess the same applies to TP2 and TP3, although OS support is not specified for EMET 5.0 TP2 and EMET 5.0 TP3.

Yes, unchecking the SUMO setting "Allow Beta versions" will prevent SUMo showing EMET 5.0 TP (that is, as someone reported it as beta to KC Softwares support).
However, as soon as EMET 5.0 is Final, no longer beta, it will be back in SUMo results if "Allow Microsoft products" is enabled in settings, I suppose. If SUMo does not differentiate between Windows versions, disabling "Allow Microsoft products" or setting SUMo to ignore EMET updates will then be the only options not to show the new EMET version, I think.
I hope Kyle will correct me if I'm wrong.

That option was already in the "off" before.......
    Same thing happens to SumatraPDF.
Show you updates from time to time in beta ver.

In fact "beta" status relies on user reports (mail, build-in notification in SUMo) + validation on my side.
Some users have been granted "super user's" right in order to help my in that task but from time to time some beta take longer to be flagged.

I stopped using SUMo because it keeps saying there is new 3D Vision Shortcut Handler and Nvidia 3D Vision Photo Viewer for my nvidia video card when there is not. Plus cFosSpeed Windows (64 bit) keeps saying there is a update when there is not.

I reported them but nothing is ever done about it.

Did you try to use "Skip this update for ever" option for that software?

I got your message about beta tagging of these product but ran out of time.
I suggest "skip this update for 1 month" (right click menu) when such problem occurs

FoolDNS blocks your website, and I don't know how to report without a business account...

The same was reported July 29.
July 30, Kyle said to contact FoolDNS by e-mail.
July 31, Romagnolo1973 reported to FoolDNS by e-mail.
But I understand the issue still isn't fixed.
Or was it fixed first and did the issue reoccur?
