    BTW, KCSoftwares website times out now and then, but refreshing [F5] usually fixes it. Probably also related to what is happening in the logs.

    sent you 3 logs. What does your hosting service say about all these timeouts?

    They're "investigating"
    On my side, if thing does not quickly improved, i'll "investigate" alternative hosting options...

    Perfect, that's definitively a good news ! Thanks @Buddel !

    As usual, interested to get logs from SUMo in debug mode (in PM) for analysis and troubleshooting.

    I disabled debug mode after testing.
    I took the test because in Italy it is early in the morning while in the USA it is night.

    I can try again tomorrow morning.
    Of course I can send you the full log.

    Forgive me but I use very little PM
    So how can I attach this files?

    I don't think the PM facility allows attaching files. You need to upload somewhere such as dropbox , wetransfer, etc. and supply the link in your PM.

    @Kyle_Katarn I sent you another log.

    You will notice that there is also an error for the license........ (I use the free version).

    Sumo reports a newer version of TCPVcon.exe which, according to the docs is supposed to be part of the TCPView V4.0 package described here, but the new package doesn't have TCPVcon.exe included. I haven't been able to find it even though. SUMO reports 37 users with the newer version. Anyone know where to find this?
