    hi,
    i have again suggestion...

Prevx Prevention Download is module of SafeOnline (if you don't like name you can put an other :D ), it is :

->Prevent dowload file : show windows information, example :

I think it when I see an url : hxxp:// imgfacebook.ohost.de/imglol.jpg if you click, you are witch on malware .EXE.
    (don't try url, don't exist :shifty: )

-> Level Mode : in setting you can block download. why? because in my research, I see worm messenger .PIF and who downlond .pif ? no body
    my website : http://www.aranud.fr/liste-des-malwares/virus-pic774-pif/

The level 0 : allow download all files
level 1 : block pif, cmd, com, bat, js
level 2 : block level 1 + .exe, .dll, sys
level 3 : block all files but no audio + video + picture
level 4 : block all (good for administrator)
    level 5 : custom extensions

EXAMPLE : (sorry for my bad english and sorry for my catastrophic design :D ), board will be directly include on webpage
    ppd.jpg

    benefice :
for user : help to don't infected by virus when they think download image
for administrator : the protect more their computer of students, employes or other who want download

    what prevx and user think?

Something like this might be nice if you were Prevx alone. But as I use it with other programs my webshield on that program already does this, and I would problem have to shut this off just so it would be compatible with my current AV.

    Hello,
Thank you for your suggestions :) While we tend to focus on blocking based on intelligence rather than brute force download prevention, I'll forward this request on and see what we could do with it.

    Thanks! :)
