    Hello Everybody,

I have purchased a laptop last week and got McAffee security center for 15 months.

    Lappy - i3 proc + 4 gb ram + Win 7 Prem 64 bit

I was wondering how would McAffee Security Center would be compared with the below alternatives. I don't have any idea about McAffee. (it does not have Artemis tech even)

    1. Outpost Firewall Free + NOD32 + Malwarebytes
    2. Outpost Firewall Free + Microsoft Antivirus + Malwarebytes

Any ideas when online armor will be available in 64-bit edition. Any other suggestions are most welcome :)

    Thanks in Advance,
    Harsha.

    My suggestion (Only free software):
lvl 1) Avast + Keyscrambler Free
    lvl 2) 1 + Comodo Firewall + Defense+
    lvl 3) 1 + 2 + Immunet
    lvl 4) 1 + 2 + 3 + Threatfire

You can change Comodo and use OA free instead.

I think that the x64 version of OA will be ready in a couple of months and Comodo V4 in a month

    1) Limited user account with Windows firewall and DEP enabled for all programs.
    2) Avast 5
    3) Sandboxie or Returnil.
    4) Hitman Pro for a second opinion.

    Thanks Everybody for their suggestions.

Seeing all the posts over the net reg. comodo v4 being bypassed by malware. I have opted for Oupost firewall pro 6.7.3
Here is my security list -
    1. Outpost Pro (Anti-Spyware component disabled)
    2. NOD32 AV
    3. Malwarebytes (for Ondemand only)
    4. Sandboxie
    5. UAC + DEP

I am very much new to Outpost and can you clarify few questions reg. Outpost usage --
    1. for How many days i'm supposed to keep OP in Auto-Learn mode?

    2. Just for Info - If a malware (not detected by AV) is trying to connect internet (lets suppose OP is in Auto Learn mode). Will it be given access to connect through the internet?

    3. when is outpost 7 due to be released?

    Thanks,
    Harsha.
