    It makes me very sad to see companies suddenly come a cropper....I've been around computers for longer than I care to remember, (installed my first PC into a company in 1979 when I was in my Forties, a Comodore 32Mb with twin floppy disks running stock control), and I've seen a lot since then!

    Acronis in version 6 seemed to have it all, everthing worked! Since then they've hit the skids. Their support is unavailable, or very slow, and many purchasers seem to have problems, those that bother to complain.

    I once ordered a compiler/decompiler program for some system or other; it did not arrive. I drove over to their site, about 50 miles away, to be confronted with locked gates and there was a note upon them from the receivers annoucing their demise!

    I'll not bother any more with Acronis, I'll take my loss like a man and find a similar program from a company that has taken the effort to make sure it works!

    We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

    Our Development Team is working hard in order to make reliable and safety products. Sometimes there appear different problems with our sowtware. In this cases our Support Team is doing their best trying to resolve the issues.

    There are many new devices on the market and we are trying to include support for these devices as soon as possible. Sometimes there appear an error in the device driver ar somewhere else... Our Support Team is trying to investigate the problem thoroughly and to contact our developers on this matter.
