suddenly no sound from Firefox?

    i have sound on the desktop but i get no sound from FF from youtube, nfl.....flash and wmv plugins send nothing to the audio mixer......

    also ie7 i cant access the options, admin restrictions, and i get broken images

    both FF and ie have crosses to their names

    help please

    Hello justmex,

    Did these problems start when you first installed your ESET security product or sometime after? I ask this because it can help us to more easily find the cause and implement a solution for you.

    Also, do you have EAV or ESS installed?

    Lastly, did you have any other AV previously installed on your machine?
