Submitted unfound viruses to ESET Lab but didn't get any reply yet.

    Hi,i just submitted some unidentified viruses from ESET to ESET lab via sample@eset.com one month ago but didn't get any reply yet.what's wrong？Even if those files have already detected as viruses from ESET in reality,ESET labs should reply my message.Similar to Avast.Possibly because i did not password zip the file?I did password zip it but i find that something is wrong so that I try not to password zip it and submit to ESET Lab.Anyway,they should give me response.:mad: Sorry for my bad English and there is no "unfound"this word in dictionary.
