Strange services.exe file in C:\Windows

    probably partial and some stuff missing ?
    FAL says this about it
    ----------------------
    Created 'services.exe' under user account,
    munged creation dates as system install and assigned itself -s attributes
    (so couldn't be end-tasked with taskmanager)

    services.exe connected to:
    IP Address: 217.160.226.70
    Host Name: perfora.net For a l0000ng time
    And did nothing else...
