stop IST Service from installing

Hope this isn't double posted. Had trouble first time round.

I use ad-aware to remove ist service, but i must also run msconfig because its also in startup. So far so good. I run ad-aware again, or spyguard a few days later and its back. How the hell can I stop this crap from continually loading. I'm looking through the forums trying to learn how to figure out the proper way to do this, but must admit, i'm lost.

The jerks who make this junk should all be sent to Iraq and let the real men come home
