    Hi everyone!
This AXIS dialler is constantly coming up all the time. I’ve tried with Spybot S&D, Spyware Blaster, Avast antivirus, WashAndGo and many others but I could’t destroy that nasty dialler. Please help me to sort this problem out. Here’s the report from HijackThis. I might be an illusion but I think the problem could be between those files.

    Check this out:

    Hi maccio 113,

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.locators.com/sidebar/
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://www.locators.com/search.php?que=%s

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSZTCE] C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSZTCE.EXE

O9 - Extra button: Locators.com Search Bar (HKLM)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Locators.com Search Bar (HKLM)

    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/04eec893fb7935eeaf21/netzip/RdxIE601.cab

Then reboot and update Windows and IE.

    Regards,

    Pieter

Thank you very much Pieter for your advice. I have done what you suggested and hopefully Axis dialler will soon be history.
