    Alert to all future Acronis product owners. Be aware that if you have a problem with their products you will have a very difficult, or in my case impossble task in receiving a product refund. Acronis simply directs you to the Element 5 website and you are on your own. You then find out that Element 5 is unresponsive, they do not respond to E-Mails or place you on permanent hold on the phone.
