    Hello!

I use LnS 2.05p2 and enhanced ruleset, i'm not really good at making rules in LnS so that i am stealthed. I have 4 rules of that is not from enhanced rules, that is Steam: UDP 27010-27018, DC++ TCP or UDP port 21264, BitComet TCP or UDP 21758, and mIRC imported rule (TCP or UDP 12300-12320) from the webpage of LnS.
Now at grc.com im not stealthed with these ports, and when i have dc++ on i have the 21264 port open! :( (i have only tried with dc++ though, maybe other ports are open when i have other apps on..).
I have used other firewalls where im stealthed all the time, how can i be that with LnS? Btw LnS is (except of the difficultness of creating rules ;) ) the best firewall i have tested. :)

    Thanks

So if i understood well, you created 4 rules for 4 apps to open some ports, right ? Well, you will need to select in each new rule you created the app that will be associated with that rule (just press the Applications button in the rule editing window), so those ports will be opened only for the apps you specify.

Well, the problem is, i am not stealthed when that app is running, when for ex. dc++ is running the rule gets activated, and i have a port OPEN, not STEALTHED, how can i get stealthed with LnS and still use DC++?

If you need to open some ports when DC++ is running, to accept incoming connections, I don't think you can be stealth at the same time.

The only way would be to specify the IP address of remote machines that are allowed to connect your PC.
