Startup Type (same as new user)

    Hi guys,i have same prob as new user (https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=113712) ,as in i can't see the tab/button to change startup type for procguard.

    Below is a screenie of what i see.
    The wierd thing is,that i see that for all devices,not just procguard.
    I've hacked my PC (Win XP Home SP2) to pieces,so maybe i've disabled something or changed reg key/value,i dunno o_O

    Any ideas?
