Decided to check it out, seems like a very barebones Chromium browser. I guess it's cool for people who like Chrome, but with less spyware built-in.
It's closed source... (and I don't understand why Wilders promotes this...) Also rather shady: https://www.kuketz-blog.de/srware-iron-datensendeverhalten-desktop-version-browser-check-teil10/ If you want Chromium with no spyware, use Ungoogled Chromium.
Also pretty outdated. I left Yandex, because it took too long to update (2 weeks) and this one is still at version 123, while Chromium 125 stable will be released the next week, so it is like 2 months behind.

I'm not really that worried about closed source, I mean Vivaldi is the same. But from what I understood from your link, it's phoning home, so that's a problem.
