I have installed a trial of Spywarestopper 5.6. I was curious and keen to learn something.
In it you can (dis)able the following services:

    IPSEC Services
but it isn't clear to me: should i or shouldn't i disable it? o_O
    ( http://www.theeldergeek.com/ipsec_services.htm )

DNS Client Service same question , is this link right in advising to disable it? o_O
    http://www.theeldergeek.com/dns_client.htm

Distributed Link tracking Client Service enable it? o_O
    http://www.theeldergeek.com/distributed_link_tracking_client.htm

TCP/IP NetBios Helper Service disable it? o_O
    http://www.theeldergeek.com/tcp_ip_netbios_helper.htm

Upload Manager Service enable or disable? o_O
    http://www.theeldergeek.com/upload_manager.htm

I am gonna try to get answers from the maker of the program because the helpfile is not sufficiently clear to me , a computerlayman
