SpywareGuard's initial prompts of concern

Hello. After the installation of SWG version 2.1.0. two prompts keep rising:
First is: SpywareGuard
Run-time error'429'
ActiveX componet can't create object.

Second is: SgMain
SgMain has caused an error in<unknown>.
If you continue to experience problems,
try restarting your computer.

I've restarted the PC several times and also uninstall/reinstall the SWG v.2.1.0. to no avail. Running WinME. Also no prob with the others,i.e.SpywareBlaster;ID-Blaster Plus;SpyBot;Ad-Ware;MRu-Blaster.
