SpywareGuard vs Incredimail

Hello,
there seems to be a "misunderstanding" between SpywareGuard 2.2 and Incredimail 1613.
Every time that incredimail searches for mail Spywareguard starts and rests on the taskbar (that's all it does, it doesn't open or anything else).
In order to close it (remove it from the taskbar) I have to use the windows task manager and end both processes "sgmain.exe" and "sgbhp.exe".
Any suggestions for a cure besides stopping using either programme?
O/S: Win Xp Home SP2 on a P4 2.66Ghz.
