I installed Spywareguard 2.1 and disabled "Browser Hijack Protection" per a posting I read at ZDNet Virus and Security Forms. The question was regarding SWG using too many resources. As a result of disabeling "BHP" (I think) every time I reboot my PC I get the following error:
    Spywareguard
    Runtime error '13'
    Type Mismatch
    SG Main
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If problem persists contact the Program vendor.

As I mentioned this may be due to the fact that I disabled the protection for Browser Hijacking, but not sure. I consider myself a newbie and don't really understand how everything works.
I had the previous version of SWG installed and didn't have any problems at all.

I only have 84MB of RAM so need all the resources I can get.

Thanks for reading and for any help to eliminate this error.

    Shirley R. :)

Thanks Lonny. After I posted my problem, I read other messages and found that other folks are having the same or similar problem and that Javacool is working on a fix. :D

    Thanks again.
