SpywareGuard Question

I have a question about Spyware Guard, I run two computers in my home office- One using Windows 98se and the other using Windows 2000. The computer using 98se, spyware Guard works great, But on the computer using Win 2000, Spyware Guard Does NOT work the message I see is - Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid....
But I used the same Install disk for both... So do you have a FIX for this issue, or does Spyware Guard NOT work on a Windows 2000 system. Thank you for your support and an answer on this issue would be greatly appreiated.....
