SpywareGuard is prompting me on bootup with

BROWSER HIJACK ALERT - BROWSER PAGE CHANGED
On 19:58:42 05/09/2004 a browser page change was detected.
    Registry Location: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\
    Value Name: Search Bar
    Old Value: <none>
    New Value: file://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SearchBar.htm
User Action Taken: RESTORE OLD VALUE

I've tried all recommended scans and cleaners(Ad-Aware, SpyBot), and can't seem to shake this. It's annoying, and I fear is a symptom of a larger infestation, but I have no other complaints. My hijackthis log is below... any help welcomed.

Thank you for the prompt response. I have applied the changes you recommended, and the SpywareGuard Alert has ceased. However, I am still getting popups (CheapTickets, etc..) when I launch my browser. My current hijackthis.log is below...

    Hi karms,

Some other have sneaked in, fix the follwoing with HijackThis :

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {01C5BF6C-E699-4CD7-BEA1-786FA05C83AB} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYSAI\APROPOSPLUGIN.DLL

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AutoUpdater] "c:\Program Files\AutoUpdate\AutoUpdate.exe"

    O18 - Protocol: pcn - {D540F040-F3D9-11D0-95BE-00C04FD93CA5} - (no file)

Restart PC after doing so and remove :

    C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYSAI\ <- this folder
    c:\Program Files\AutoUpdate\ <- this folder

    That should do it.

Can you open spywareguard and tell me what you see under 'Definitions Information' :

    Definitions Date

    Program Version

Another great free addition of protecting security software from the same makers (javacool) is SpywareBlaster

    Cheers,

I wanted to thank you for helping me clean my system. I appear to be completely clean, however there is still one thing occurring I am concerned about.

On a different computer on my home network, I am getting FireWall alerts that address 192.168.1.100 is attempting to access port 445. I did a whois on that address, and it lists GoDaddy Software inc. I possibly visited this site during my research of my recent infestation. Any ideas on how/what this event is?? I suspect I downloaded something from godaddy when attempting to fix the problem noted in this thread. I have pasted a current copy of my hijackthis.log below.
