Version 6.0 is the latest update to include new browsers. Javacool routinely issues monthly updates. Personally, I use it on all my Windows 10x64 Pro 20H2 systems. Have used SBW for years.

The original version of SpywareBlaster was released back in 2002.
The latest SpywareBlaster 6.0 was released August 2020, with many new features and support for new browsers.

The name is the same, but like Windows ME (remember that?) versus Windows 10, it has evolved tremendously over the years.

The core principles remain: SpywareBlaster is designed to help protect your system + web browser + privacy, to work alongside other security software as part of a layered defense, and to function without needlessly slowing things down - a no-nonsense, no-compromise option.

I have been using SpywareBlaster since it first arrived. Never had a problem with it.

BTW, does SpywareBlaster also block third party cookies? A friend of mine had to enable third party cookies otherwise certain websites wouldn't work correctly, and I'm not sure if ad-blockers like Ghostery and uBlock protect against third party cookies.
