Spywareblaster key does not work

    Yesterday I purchased the key for the auto updates for Spywareblaster & I keep getting "invalid username or key specified" I have emailed support but with no answer from them. I ran a system scan etc. & everything is clean.
    Anyone have any ideas what the problem is?...... Thanks

    AutoUpdate support should get back to you shortly - thanks for your patience.

    Please allow 48 hours from the time you send your e-mail - if you don't receive a response by then, please re-send it (just in case it got "lost" somewhere along the way). :)
