SpywareBlaster has encountered a problem and needs to close

When I try to run SpywareBlaster, I get that familiar Windows message that says that it has encountered a problem and needs to close (when it asks if you want to send the error report or not). I get no information whatsoever as to the source of the problem. It works on my other computer but trying to run it on this one is no good. I have tried all that obtaining missing files business but none of that works. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
