SpywareBlaster encountered a problem

When I try to run SpywareBlaster - I get an error "SpywareBlaster has encountered a problem and needs to close" then asks if I want to contact Microsoft. I've used the old version 3.4? - for quite a while but even now when I uninstall 3.51 and reinstall 3.4, I get the same error.

Also when I try to run the AutoUpdate Configuration or EULAlyzer - I get the same error - Access violation at 0x734583DC (tried to read from 0x00000014), program terminated.

Help, any ideas?

What version of Windows are you running?

Also, it's always possible that support files that are required for SpywareBlaster to run have gotten corrupted.
Please try downloading and installing the latest version of the Visual Basic 6.0 run-time files:
