Spyware guard update and error message

    hello
    today i tried to update SG and i received a message it couldnt update because maybe a firewall was conflicting.i dont have a firewall so wonder whats wrong?

    There has not been an update for spyware guard in a while. But it is a hueristic type scanner so it is still functional .

    i think i have the new version 2.2--just installed it the other day--it just wont update

    I don't know what the warning is about a firewall blocking? see the screen shot to see the latest update for spywareguard.
