    Hello,

I have just registered in this great forum although I am consulting it for a long time ago.

When I have the SpyShelter Firewall’s firewall protection enabled I cannot send documents to my new HP LAN printer (no wireless connection is used). Message: “Error - Sin conexión – Imprimiendo”. Its English translation should be: “Error - No Connection – Printing”. The printer does not have a Hostname but a Mac address and an IP assigned to it in the router’s client list.

I have no communication problems with my old Epson printer attached to another computer of my LAN.
I added the local network as trusted and there is no blocking rules.
I have to disable the Firewall to solve this connection issue.

Is someone having the same problems between SpyShelter Firewall and LAN printers or it is a wrong configuration matter?

    Greetings
