Sorry if this is the wrong area for post! Are there any easy "free" tools for creating screenshots? Something is going on with Spybot S&D and I can't copy and past what it's doing and it's not telling me why it's not downloading the updates. the three updates have an ! point with red circles, next is info and under that next to each are three !!! points, then it lists the date. see, i can't explain things very well and i really wish i could show you what it looks like!
Lori, Which Mirror did u select for downloading the updates? Sometimes i have to try a few of them to get it to work. snowbound
Also, as for taking an image of it... You really don't need a special screen shot utility. You can just use the built-in "Print Scrn" function key and Paint, if that's all you have. Ahh! Yes!! I see this now... it was starting on Safer-Networking so I switched it to SpybotSD.de and it worked! Geez...that was easy...lol...it's always the simple stuff that seems so hard to figure out!
