Spybot S&D log: Ahh...?

When running Spybot, I get the message:

"...problems in include file
C|Program Files\Spybot-Search Destroy\Includes\hijackers.sbi.
See Includes error log for details."
So - the file hijackers.sbi, is corrupt, perhaps? Haven't seen a log file, per se, that I could readily open, so - what am I missing, in this case?

Also - what exactly is S&D's TeaTimer, and what's it do? I'd run it while on net, if that is what it's for re extra security but other security apps eat all or most of the piddling 256MB RAM that I have now. Doh!
