Can someone tell me the difference between the two? Would I need just one or both?..

SpyBlocker acts somewhat like a proxy (in some senses) and can block spyware from communicating out / accepting data in.

SpywareBlaster prevents the installation of ActiveX spyware via webpages, and can also prevent some ActiveX spyware from running if it somehow gets installed on your system.

Both programs will work together without any trouble (and both perform different functions, so you may find having both useful). :)
