SpyBlaster and Spybot Search and Destroy

Can you run SpywareBlaster from Javacool Softwar and Spybot Search and Destroy from PepiMK at the same time?

Any known conflicts?

In case there's any confusion, let me touch on the "at the same time" part of the question.

Spyware Blaster doesn't run, even as a background process, except when you're first setting it up or when you're checking for updates. Because it works by setting what they call kill-bits in the registry, you could I suppose think of it as sort-of-resident -- but it's not a scanner, nor will any active processes show up for it in the task manager.
