Spy blaster-Protect against checked items

To some one who can help me,
like the devolper of Spy Blaster 2.5.3... I have this program. When click the button for Protect against checked items, a window comes up that says that it was a success, but the items that I'm to be protected against disapeir and then come right back again many times when I hit the Protect against checked items time after time.

What up with this? IS the program working right? Or am I doing something or not doing something right? Also I had crap the comes though unto my PC that should't lately that I thought SB would prevent. Thanks for the time to tell me.

Make sure you hit the Select All button, then the Protect button.

But yep - those items should be displayed again. If protection is enabled for them, they'll have a checkmark in the box at their left and the items will be black instead of the "unprotected" red.
