Nothing special, it has an integrated video downloader, sidebar bookmarks manager, and mouse gestures.

The US browser claimed the fastest browser in the world. Can we trust it ?

This browser reminds me a lot of Maxthon browser.
Any links or ties between the 2 companies.?

I don't think so, but the sidebar looks very similar. I wish I could put the sidebar on the right in Maxthon. I used to prefer it there on Opera as well.

    It's just competition.
Qihoo launches search engine against baidu's search engine.
Baidu starts on Internet Security against Qihoo's security suite.
Now Baidu launches own browser against Qihoo's browser.
    Simply market dominance.
