    Howdy Wilders !!!
I have been busy for studying all puterworks and now I started studying SPAM. That because I receive it shitloads . I reported ten of spam mails to abuses. I got several different answers. One is weird indeed. Here it is:
    """Hello.

LACNIC is a RIR (Regional Internet Registry), for Latin America and
    Caribbean Region.

What means that LACNIC is responsible for IP address space and ASN
    assignment.

LACNIC is not an ISP. And so, no one is using its network to send
unsolicited commercial e-mail (SPAM), or to attack computers connected
    to the Internet.

Also, LACNIC has no authority to punish or to banish any user that
might be the source of such act.

The only thing we can do is to provide you the information about to
which ISP some IP address has ben assigned.
This information is publicly available via our WHOIS server:

    http://lacnic.net/cgi-bin/lacnic/whois?lg=EN

    or via command line:

    whois -h whois.lacnic.net [IP ADDRESS]

These Whois tool will return to you the organization name that really
uses the IP address searched as well as the Point of Contact in this
organization. This is the person that should handle your complaint."""

Ok, and after that answer my head filled up by questions. as you might know... Who is then responsible for that ip I got a spam from and so on. My fight might be neverending but atleast I found an antispam tool for outlook xpress, "EmC -email control freeware". It works fine.
    Greetings -Ari
