Sorry guys: have pity on this feeble senior:
I am running NIS2008 with 30days of subs left and want to give the NIS2009 a run.
What is the procedure to dl and install 2009 and have the subscription continue?
I've done this before with upgrades but cant recall where and how.

Do I need to uninstall 2008 first?
Which link to get the new version.?
    How to transfer license?

Symantecs web pages make my brain hurt.

    Tx

    Hi!

I have unused Norton 360 2.0 license. Is there a way to change this license to NIS 2009? Symantec's support pages are too difficult for me. :p

    EDIT:

I contacted them via Live Chat. After few moments I got Product key for NIS 2009. Awesome customer service this time. :)
