Some body help me before I kill.......

Hi I'm new to this forum and didn't have a clue about spyware until a couple of days ago when I told someone that my homepage choice was no longer working and my computer seems like it's stalled often while surfing.

I'm not at all technical but I went looking for a bad file. I deleted an exe file that I couldn't identify, now when I boot up a window opens like my compter is looking for file Msinfo32. I must have done something because now my homepage is back but I tried to download several anti spyware software including lavacoolsoft.com spywearblaster, the download starts then stalls until I get a can't find page error. I tried Stop-sign and Adware but the same thing happens. I'm pissed and would like 5 minutes alone with the idiot who did this! Seriously my congressman is going to get a call .......

Could you post your HijackThis log
Download, Unzip and run HijackThis. Then click Scan > Save log, save the log as a .txt file and copy & paste its content into your next post.
Don´t fix anything yet. Most of what it finds is harmless.
