software to track changes

    I'm looking for a program that can do periodic screen captures and/or video recording. I am leaving my system to a sysadmin who has to "change a bunch of stuff" and frankly I don't have much trust in him. So far I've stumbled upon ~Snip~ and ~Snip~.
    Does anybody have a recommendation?

    You are practically asking for recommendations on a spyware on a security forum. There are keyloggers that will monitor every change on a system and even capture screenshots and email them silently to you.
    I personally will not "recommend" such software. Google it.
