Software to anonymize me in chat, messenger, etc?

    Hi!

    Could you tell me if there is any good software that will anonymize my real IP address not just when surfing, but for things like:

    Messenger (MSN and Yahoo)
    Chat (Java and flash)
    Email
    Outlook Express
    Message Boards (vBulletin, ezboard)
    Yahoo and MSN Groups
    Yahoo games

    Anonymizer Total Net Shield claims it can do all the above. Are they correct? Also, do you have any other recommendations?
