Snap Deploy3 cannot see C:\ drive

I have created an image of a tablet onto an external hard drive where Snap Deploy 3 is installed and was successfully created.

The problem is when i try to restore the image I notice that the C:\ drive does not show up in the drive list screen which causes the deployed image to fail, since the first thing the Snap Deploy tries to do is to clean the destination drive first; it fails there since it cannot see the C:\ drive.

Would anyone have an idea or solution as to fix this? Thanks for any suggestions.
