Hi, Using Win 10 v1903. Hardened following instructions from https://HardenWindows10forSecurity.com. Just recently found Smartscreen.exe crashing repeatedly in the background over 2 weeks in Reliability History. I have seen a pop up telling me only twice. I only added one thing in addition to the instructions from the site and that is Shadow Defender. And I did use any anti-keyloggers.
