Send the link to samples@eset.com and what it is detected as! If it is a program update? It is probably the reason why!

    Hello,

I just downloaded the various editions (installable, portable app, standalone, U3) of SIW 2010 build 0210 from Topola Software Solutions' web site and scanned them with ESET Smart Security v4.2 with threat signature database 4862 and no malware was reported on any of the files.

Can you please confirm the build of SIW, version of the threat signature database and specific name of the malware reported?

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

Well I'm glad to hear this was fixed. However on the day I installed the new version of SIW I had to completely deactivate NOD just to be able to download the program. I tried it that same day minutes before and it was flagged. So I deactivated NOD, downloaded the program, and installed the program.

The funny part was that after SIW was installed on my desktop I immediately scanned it and it came up clean.

Where did you try to download it from?? Sometimes it's the source that is suspicious..
