I don't know if any here have used this site, but for the past 10 years it has been THE place to go to find hardware and methods to keep a computer as silent as possible. The hardware reviews were very high quality and much of the things they reviewed really couldn’t be found elsewhere. Sadly the Site's owner, Mike Chin, has decided to move on, and as such the site will close in August. End of an era (and I think I'm getting old).
Wow, that's unfortunate news, SPCR has been my go-to site since it first opened, I never buy hardware w/o researching on SPCR first. Mike's contribution to maintaining sanity amongst the whirring, whizzing, and downright squeally world is legendary, he'll be missed.
