shscrap.dll

    i was looking through this page, and it says rename shscrap.dll to shscrapold(bottom of page, under basic rules)
    . should i do it? and why? thanks :)

    i have two shscrap.dlls; with these paths, should i rename them both?
    C:\WINDOWS\system32
    C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386
