Nah, that was just a low hanger. We can tell when they're Tornado's when the cows start flying by. Then it's time to hit the deck.

We're in Johnson County, just SW of Kansas City. When BB gets done with dinner, I'll see if she can draw an arrow on the radar map where we are. From the looks of the latest radar, this stuff will probably be here all night. :D

big ed, I see that all the time in our winters. ;)

iceni60, how fun to see the buses, the river, the bridge, the church, things you see every day but are very exciting for us. It looks like another country from where I live.

Yes Beetleboss, I am glad thatyou thought of it!

lynchknot, what a beautiful neighborhood. I love the mountain and the bridge. Where is this bottle?!

snowbound, Toronoto is breathtaking. I love the clear blue sky, even if it is a concrete jungle.

big buck, you really live in Australia?! Some day we shall come for a visit. I love your front yard!

musicman, what a lovely photo. I think cities by a river are so beautiful.

bigc, the park is so green! When I was a little girl, we used to go to TenKiller Lake to go fishing.

beetlejuice, your weather looks scary in color. I hope you turn off your computer if a thunderstorm is passing over you.

ronjor, I hope the storm doesn't cause any damage to where you live. Before we moved to Alaska, we lived in Ft. Hood, Texas. I was sure I would move back there someday. I loved it when we lived there. I have never been to Galveston, though, and it looks like a fun town.

Beetleboss, your weather looks scary! Be ready to go to safety, okay!?

Everyone, your photos are wonderful. Somebody was worried that if we started this thread that nobody would post. Well, thank you all for joining in the fun!

This is the entrance to the Ice Festival Exhibit. Yes, those are blocks of ice stacked up to make the watchtower. Everything in the ice park is made of carved blocks of ice.

hehe, in some graphics boards my title is "theme genie" because of the Firefox themes. Anyway, I live just across the Columbia River from Portland Oregon. The mountain view in background is of Mount Hood and the Columbia river

Lynchnot, I would have guessed that your photo was taken somewhere in the Northwest. I thought it was around Seattle and Mt. Rainier. I have flown in to Portland when I was visiting someone in McMinnville. It is so green there from all the rain.

    Are you still hot?

This is the greenhouse which is all geared up for spring.
This was taken in March of this year.
    Do you feel cooler yet?
