I really don't know if it will help all that much, maybe a hard hat. The last time he did a rain dance cows fell from the sky!!!!! Made for a nice BBQ though.

ronjor, I hope the storm doesn't cause any damage to where you live. Before we moved to Alaska, we lived in Ft. Hood, Texas. I was sure I would move back there someday. I loved it when we lived there. I have never been to Galveston, though, and it looks like a fun town.

This is the entrance to the Ice Festival Exhibit. Yes, those are blocks of ice stacked up to make the watchtower. Everything in the ice park is made of carved blocks of ice.​

Lynchnot, I would have guessed that your photo was taken somewhere in the Northwest. I thought it was around Seattle and Mt. Rainier. I have flown in to Portland when I was visiting someone in McMinnville. It is so green there from all the rain.
