Just done a scan with MalwareBytes AntiMalware and it has picked up a critical issue. It has found a Trojan.HumourCanine is a folder called C:\Program Files\Conduit\Community Alerts\Alert.dll (and the corresponding registry entry). I've scanned the folder with Eset Smart Security and it doesn't find anything.

Is this something which is ok or should I quarantine it?

Try a second opinion with SAS and CureIt.
Or wait 1 or 2 days, usually FP's are fixed quickly with updates.
